Welcome to Emmanuel Christian Fellowship-Ilford ,Youth Church
where our mission is to guide young people toward discovering their true identity in Christ, nurturing a godly vision, and fulfilling the Great Commission.
Our Vision is to:
• To help the Youth have a life-changing experience of Jesus Christ
• To raise the young generation for Christ and make them to be blessing spiritually & morally locally and internationally.
• To encourage young people to share their faith with others
• To help the Youth to grow into confident disciples of Jesus
• To equip and inspire young people to passionately follow Jesus Christ, actively engage with their communities, and become mature disciples who confidently live out their faith in everyday life, impacting the nation with Christian values.
The 5 E’s Framework:
ECF – Ilford Youth Church exist to; Engage, Encourage, Equip, Empower & Enable so that they can Discover their Identity in Christ, Develop a godly vision and to Enable them Deliver the Purpose of God for their lives through the great Commission as in Matthew 28:18 – 20
Engage
Building connections with the youth by meeting them where they are, fostering relationships that are welcoming and supportive. This helps them remain rooted in the church community.
Encourage
Providing emotional and spiritual support to help the youth grow in their faith and face life’s challenges. Encouragement helps them understand their potential in Christ.
Equip
Offering teaching, resources, and spiritual tools to help youth grow in biblical knowledge and practical skills for Christian living. This is essential for empowering them to live out their faith.
Empower
Enabling youth to step into leadership and ministry roles, taking ownership of their faith journey and impact on the world. This involves trusting them with responsibilities and guiding them to maturity.
Enable
Giving young people the opportunities and support to actively engage in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), where they share the gospel and make disciples of all nations.
Biblical Foundation:
Our mission is grounded in the Great Commission, as Jesus commands in Matthew 28:18-20 ‘Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
We believe that every young person has a purpose in God’s Kingdom, and our ministry is dedicated to helping them discover and fulfil that purpose.
